Extensions

The Cincinnati Bass Cellar's fingered extensions are the easiest to play as any we have seen.

The Cellar's "C" extensions are made out of solid ebony custom fit to your scroll. Our design makes it so there is no need to cut into the scroll except in extremely rare occasions. The closer is also made from ebony and is tensioned with a small inset spring. We feel that these are the easiest and most efficient on the market. There is no need to stop playing to open or shut the closer, just play right through. Upon request we will add closers at every stop, or just one more at the "D". Price is $850 plus the string. Each additional closer is $295.
